Leyte Children’s Home
In January, 2004, we began the process of establishing a new home in the Philippines on the island of Leyte. NLCH staff traveled to the island to find a suitable location for the home.  In March, the home began operation with the acceptance of two children.

We are currently in the process of negotiating for a piece of land for our permanent home. Visit our projects page to see how you can help make this project a reality and partner with us as we continue to save more children from hunger, disease and neglect.

Galileo and Virginia, our original house parents in the Philippines, volunteered to pioneer this work with the assistance of their son and daughter-in-law, Jun Jun and Mitzi.
